Terms and Conditions

  • The hirer will be responsible for the access insurance charge of 1400 AED of any accident caused to the vehicle. The hirer must submit all necessary police/court case papers to claim any damage charges from the insurance company otherwise the hirer will be responsible for the payment of damage charges as per the estimate. In both the cases,thehirerwillberesponsibletopaythehirechargesforthe period taken for repair of such as damages.
  • Payment is to be made by credit card /charge card; my signature below shall constitute authority to debit my nominated credit card company with the total amount due. I further agree to pay all charges of traffic violations, damage charges or any other offences during my rental period.
  • The company absolves itself of any responsibility for any cash or valuables belonging to the hirer that may be lost whilst the vehicle is in his/her possession or after the entire period of the hire.
  • The hirer must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe and secure place when it is not in use. Any damage caused to the vehicle including damage due to acts of GOD will be the responsibility and liability of the hirer as the same cannot be claimed from the insurance.

1. Motor vehicle will be mean a car which is hired with accessories.
2. The hirer shall pay deposit as required and the charges in advance.
3. The vehicle was delivered to him in good condition as per chart overleaf with radiator reservoir full and the hirer undertakes to always keep sufficient water.
4. The hirer agrees to let the company take the vehicle for due maintenance services requirements.
5. The hirer agrees to deliver back the vehicle with full petrol or pay for the same by the end of the hire.
6. The hirer agrees to reimburse the company for the loss due to the failure of his obligation. He must notify the company for any mechanical fault or accident. He should send the car to the company for repairs and not have the car repaired by himself/herself.
7. If the vehicle is damaged in anyway, the company reserves the right to charge the hirer for the required repairs. The period of hire should then be extended to cover the time taken for the repairs.
8. Should damages occur and cannot be claimed by insurance, the hirer will be responsible for such damages and pay full monies to cover the cost.
9. The hirer undertakes that he is licensed to drive and will show his driver’s license when asked and no unlicensed person can drive the vehicle.
10. The hirer agrees that he/she will not use the vehicle for racing or towing purpose or operate as a taxi or carry any contraband in the vehicle.
11. The hirer agrees to all statements made on the documents. The company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at discretion and without prejudice and has the right to collect hire charges that are outstanding.
12. All notices and correspondence should be sent to the present company address at Office 509 Tamani Arts Office Building, Al Asayel Street Business Bay P.O. Box 116168, Dubai, UAE.
13. The hirer agrees to return the vehicle in time for all maintenance services periodically. In the event of conducting maintenance by himself/herself the hirer shall confirm the same with the company in writing and at his/her own cost. 14.Theminimumperiodofrentwillbeoneday(24hrs)andadditionalmaximum2hourswillbe granted to return the vehicle and after the granted time is expired, hourly rental rates will be calculated and collected by the company as applicable.
15. If the hirer desires to extend the lease period, he/she shall be advising the same before the expiry of the original return date and time. Failing which the hirer will be entitled to return the vehicle wherever it is or else the vehicle will be reported to the competent authorities as lost/stolen vehicle.
16. Extension of hire duration should be notified and if extra deposit is needed should be paid and continue to observe all terms until the vehicle is returned.
17. The hirer shall pay the rental charge if the vehicle is damaged and seized by police, court, or public prosecution pursuant to an accident or injury according to section 282-292 of the civil transactions law.
18. The hirer shall pay 30% of the value of the car when the car is cancelled due to accident caused by him.
19. The hirer is liable to follow-up with the rent duration for any legalities pertaining to the vehicle associated with the insurance company, garage or court clearance until the vehicle is returnedtothecompanyasvalidfortrafficandroadworthy.
20. If the hirer fails to attend the office in due time as fixed by the contract, a legal proceeding will be taken against him/her and charged full payment of the office right.
21. The hirer also agrees to pay the vehicles full value in case of the vehicle being confiscated. 22. The hirer shall bear 20% of the daily rent value if the vehicle was returned by the hirer and failed to pay the due against him.
23. The hirer shall pay the agency/company full repair cost in case of accidents if the hirer is less than 21 years of age.
24. The hirer agrees that he/she received and checked the vehicle to be in proper condition and undertakes all repairs charges caused to the car during the duration of the settlement of cases and the rental contract shall be valid during such repairs.
25. The insurance coverage does not apply to windscreen and all glasses, tires, rims, interior upholstery, and related accessories etc.
26. The hirer is cautioned that all expenses caused by any accident that occurs while the hirer is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics will be entirely borne by him/her.
27. Failure to obtain the police report in case of accidents also renders the hirer to the same liability. 28.Incaseofanyaccidentsthehirershallnotmovethecarfromtheplaceofaccidentbefore the police procedure is completed. He/she must deliver the entire documents to the company failing which he/she will be entirely responsible for legal and commercial charges. 29.Thehireralsoagreestopayalltrafficfinesandparkingticketsduringtherentalperiodand the company also reserves the right within one year of such rental to claim any such unpaid amounts from the hirer.
30. The hirer is not allowed to handover the vehicle to unlicensed driver, failing which he/she will be responsible for all damages.
31. The hirer is not permitted to use the vehicle outside UAE and the insurance policy is valid inside UAE only.
32. The hirer is allowed to drive 250 kms per day only. Above 250 kms will be charged at the rate of AED 10 per km.
